TRACK FOAM CREATES A SOLID BLOCK IN THE UNDERCARRIAGE THAT PREVENTS TRASH FROM ENTERING THE ROLLER FRAME AND TRACK AREA. MOST TRASH ENTERS FROM THE UNDERSIDE OF THE MACHINE, THE FOAM CREATES A BARRIER. THIS BARRIER PREVENTS THE TRASH FROM BEING SHOVED UP INTO THE TRACKS.

THE PRESENCE OF THE FOAM ELIMINATES THE NEED TO SHOVEL THE TRACKS OUT ON A DAILY BASIS. IT IS STILL CRITICAL THAT THE OPERATOR INSPECTS THE UNDERCARRIAGE AND THE FINAL DRIVE AREAS FOR WIRE.

BY THE TIME THE MACHINE IS DUE FOR A 250-HOUR SERVICE THE FOAM CAN EASILY BE REMOVED TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND INSPECTION.

TRACK FOAM IS ALSO EXCELLENT IN OTHER TRACKED MACHINES, SUCH AS EXCAVATORS. EVEN THOUGH THOSE MACHINES ARE NOT IN THE TRASH, THE FOAM DISPLACES THE VOID AND PREVENTS SOIL BUILD-UP FROM OCCURRING.

TRACK FOAM GREATLY REDUCES LABOR TIME ASSOCIATED WITH DAILY CLEANING OF TRACKS; THIS WILL ENABLE YOUR TEAM TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE IN OTHER AREAS. ADDITIONALLY, IT REDUCES THE POTENTIAL FOR INJURY FROM PUNCTURES AND CUTS WHILE CLEANING THE TRACKS.

How it works:

Foam fills the voids and keeps trash out

Netting helps hold the foam together, like rebar in concrete.

The foam creates a barrier under the machine, preventing trash from pushing up into the track-frame

Plastic and magnets create a form under the machine to keep the foam in place during the application

Application is easy. Just point and shoot. Foam is applied through a low pressure stream.
